Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information that you choose to provide to us when you create a Reviewer account on our website: gender, age, ethnicity, employment status, income status, and whether you identify as a parent, caregiver, LGBTQ, veteran, or person with disabilities.

We collect the following information when you create a Business User account: company contact and business category and model (e.g., B2C) info; business ID number; social media links & logo (if uploaded); number of employees; annual revenue; approximate annual marketing/advertising spend; primary keywords & hashtags; communication preferences.

We collect the following information when you create a Nonprofit User account: organization contact info and primary category of service; nonprofit id number; social media links & logo (if uploaded); number of employees; annual revenue; approximate annual marketing/advertising spend; primary keywords & hashtags; communication preferences.

We also collect analytical information through Google Analytics and Zoho Analytics. This includes the time of your visit to the website, location, pages visited, browser type, network locations, operating system, search terms, as well as custom analytics for Business and Nonprofit User Accounts about activity on their paid account.

We may also collect personal information from third parties, including when you choose to participate in a third-party application or features such as one of our social media pages or similar application or feature on a third-party website. We may feature organizations on our social sites at our discretion.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to provide you the Services, and to respond to your inquiries about our services. To address your questions, we may subsequently need to request additional information. We use information to protect your account from unauthorized use.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect and use Analytical Information in order for us to track your movement on the Site to improve our layout and page arrangement, get information on your browser type to ensure our Site remains compatible with the browsers used by our customers, improve your experience with our Services; and to promote our services.
